About
Welcome to our Postpartum Support Group. All postpartum parents are welcome in this space. We created this space as an extended resource for support and we are happy to have you help us grow this community. We created this space away from social media platforms so it's more private and personal without the worry for friends and family seeing personal things relating to your postpartum journey that you may not want to share with them just yet.
We know the postpartum journey isn't always easy. Sometimes it's lonely, so we hope to help establish connections that will ease that loneliness. Not everyone goes down the deep rabbit hole of postpartum depression, but for those who find themselves there, we are here to help you and will help connect you with a therapist who can better assist you, if you need additional help than the support we can offer.
Jacqui Blue and Jackie Korpela will pop in from time to time with creative postpartum projects, journal prompts, live video chat sessions, guided meditation journeys (live experiences and a pre-recorded gifts to our group members), and more.

Everyone has a different point of view so feel free to respectfully disagree. Please be kind and courteous at all times.
Be respectful of others’ privacy
Being in this group depends on our trust of one another. Some discussions may be sensitive or contain sensitive information, so what’s said in the group should stay in the group.
No harassment of any kind
Bullying, targeting, or attacking a member of this group is not allowed and will not be tolerated. We understand hormonal flare ups do happen when triggered, but please be mindful of the rules.
No sales or spam
No selling to or spamming other members is allowed in this group. Anyone who does so will be subject to immediate removal. Report it to the admin team if someone spams or tries to you sell anything.
